Terms of Use
Effective 5 October 2026. These terms govern access to Perma’s editorial website. By reading the site, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully, respectfully, and for personal information and education.
These terms apply to pages, links, downloadable materials, event information, and correspondence connected with Perma. If a separate event notice contains a specific operational rule, that notice supplements these terms for that event. Visitors who do not accept these conditions should discontinue use of the relevant service.
1. Editorial service
Perma publishes general information about training and physiology. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of fitness outcomes.
Articles describe concepts in plain language and may discuss methods, measurements, or questions for further reading. They do not create a professional relationship or substitute for individual assessment. References to performance are descriptive and should not be read as a promise of a particular result.
2. Reader responsibility
Readers decide whether information is suitable for their circumstances. A qualified clinician should be consulted for symptoms, illness, medication questions, or return to exercise after a significant event.
Readers should consider age, experience, environment, equipment, and current advice before changing a routine. Stop an activity when something feels unusual and use appropriate local support for urgent concerns. The site is not designed to receive confidential clinical records.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep material current as of 2026, but research and interpretation change. Perma may correct, update, archive, or remove material without promising that every page is complete.
Dates indicate the editorial review cycle, not permanent validity. A correction may address wording, attribution, a broken link, or a material factual issue. Readers should verify time-sensitive information with the original source or relevant authority.
4. Intellectual property
Perma text, branding, layout, and original graphics are protected by applicable law. Short quotations with attribution are permitted for commentary. Republishing complete articles requires written permission.
Permission requests should identify the material, intended audience, format, territory, and duration. Linking to a page is generally preferable to copying it. Permission does not transfer ownership and may include attribution requirements.
5. Links
Links are provided for reader convenience. Perma does not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or claims made outside this domain.
A link can become outdated or lead to a changed page. Readers should review the destination’s terms and privacy notice before submitting information. Inclusion of a link does not mean Perma has verified every statement on that destination.
6. User submissions
Messages must be lawful and must not contain malware, threats, confidential data, or another person’s private information. By sending editorial feedback, a person permits Perma to use it to investigate and answer the request.
Senders should retain their own copy of important material. Perma may remove messages that are abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, or unsafe. The privacy policy explains retention and rights for correspondence.
7. Events
Event descriptions may change because of venue, speaker, weather, or access conditions. Registration details and cancellation terms are stated with each event.
Participants are responsible for checking the confirmation notice and arriving with any information needed for access. Online sessions may use a third-party platform with separate conditions. A change notice will be sent where Perma has an appropriate registration address.
8. Availability
We aim for dependable access but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, and security events may affect availability.
Perma may limit access temporarily to protect the site or its users. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law. Material changes to these terms will be dated and posted on this page.
9. Contact and governing context
Questions may be sent to Jalan Sudirman Kav. 22, Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12930 or +62 813 5792 4680. We aim to acknowledge a written question within five business days and respond within 30 calendar days where investigation is required.
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Indonesian law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
10. Revision record
Issued 5 October 2026: initial public terms for the Perma editorial website. Scheduled review: 5 January 2027. Later changes will show the date and a concise description.
These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Accessibility Statement, Editorial Policy, and Advertising and Partnerships policy. Each document addresses a different part of the visitor relationship, and a more specific notice applies where it directly addresses the same subject. For example, the Cookie Policy describes browser storage, while these terms describe acceptable use of the website and its materials.
Perma may revise a page when information changes, a link becomes unavailable, an event is updated, or a legal or operational requirement makes clarification appropriate. The effective date is shown at the beginning of the relevant document, and a material change will be described in the revision text. Continued browsing after a published revision indicates that the visitor has had an opportunity to review the updated conditions.
Questions about permissions, event participation, accessibility, or a suspected error may be sent to Jalan Sudirman Kav. 22, Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12930 or +62 813 5792 4680. Perma aims to acknowledge ordinary correspondence within five business days. A request may require additional time where it concerns a large archive, third-party rights, or a detailed correction, and the reason will be explained.
Using the site responsibly
Perma provides editorial pages, links, event information, forms, and resource materials for lawful informational use. Visitors may read, print, and share a link to a page while keeping its attribution and context. Copying a complete article into another publication, removing a disclosure, or presenting an editorial explanation as personal professional advice may mislead readers and is not permitted.
Visitors should keep account, contact, and event information accurate when they choose to provide it. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe restricted systems, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use a contact route to distribute unsolicited material. Perma may preserve relevant technical information for security review and may restrict access where a request threatens the site or another person.
Content, links, and third parties
Articles are dated and may be revised. External links are provided for context, but Perma does not control their availability, privacy practices, accessibility, or later content. A third-party event, embedded service, or partner page may have separate terms that apply when a visitor leaves the Perma site.
Copyright, photographs, names, marks, and other rights remain with their respective owners unless a page states otherwise. Permission requests should identify the material, intended use, territory, duration, and proposed credit. A permission to quote a short excerpt does not automatically permit reproduction of images, tables, or an entire page.
Contact, changes, and governing context
Questions about permissions, corrections, accessibility, or these terms may be sent to Jalan Sudirman Kav. 22, Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12930 or +62 813 5792 4680. Perma aims to acknowledge ordinary correspondence within five business days and review a substantive request within 30 calendar days.
- Read the page date and related policy before relying on it.
- Keep quotations brief and preserve surrounding meaning.
- Use the correction route for factual concerns.
- Do not send confidential records through a general form.
These terms were reviewed on 5 October 2026. They are read with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Accessibility Statement, Editorial Policy, and Advertising and Partnerships policy. If a specific notice conflicts with a general statement, the more specific notice applies to that subject.
