Reading the training week
A moderated discussion about load, easy days, work schedules, and the value of observing patterns before changing them.
Ask about this sessionPerma events create a calm setting for discussing sports physiology, cardiovascular stamina, functional training, and the practical conditions around them. Sessions are educational and conversational; they are not individual assessments.
Online and Jakarta-based formats are listed with a plain description so readers can decide whether a topic fits their interest, time, and access.

Recording depends on the individual event. The listing will state whether a recording or written summary is planned.
Yes. Descriptions identify the level of background assumed, and questions from different starting points are welcome.
No. Events share general information and discussion. They do not replace individual evaluation or personal advice.
Participants do not need a specialised background to join a Perma event. A short description of the topic, one question, and an awareness of the event format are usually enough. People who prefer to listen may do so, and written questions can be submitted when the format allows.
Because events bring people together, privacy and attribution matter. Do not record, quote, or redistribute another participant’s contribution without permission. A public summary will remove personal details unless the speaker has clearly agreed to be identified.
